1. WHY ARE YOUR SERVICES AT SUCH A LOW PRICE?

WE TRULY ENJOY doing this! If that's not reason enough then I don't know what is.
We also try to price ourselves considerably lower than any of the local Internet Service Providers,
mainly to gain a larger scope of clientele.

2. AND CAN YOU REALLY DELIVER? |

ABSOLUTELY!! We'll keep working until you're satisfied. Even our own pages,
we don't get right at the start. We start off with a basic, very rough draft, we change,
we polish, we ponder, we revise. We'll do the same for you. If we don't like it - we won't try to sell you it!

3. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE TECHNIQUES YOU USE?
|

- HTML PROGRAMMING for one! We do not use a home page editor, but choose rather to do our own
HTML programming. We incorporate a few javascripts or java applets and keep the graphics to a minimum,
as too many can cause a page to be slow to load. All of our graphics are done by Paint Shop Pro 6 & Super Blade Pro - programs
which we are still learning, but are finding they do wonders! We highly recommend them.
- BROWSER COMPATIBILITY! We will view your pages on both MSIE as well as NETSCAPE.
We design generally for a 800 x 600 resolution, but set HTML
code tables at 95% so regardless of resolution, tables will fill up the entire screen.
- NAVIGATIONAL TOOLS! We use buttons on every page, and a footer to keep a viewer
from having to use the BACK button. Using too many BACKS can cause crashes. By using navigational tools,
it allows a viewer to continually choose 'forward' links thus avoiding computer crashes.
- META TAGS! If you don't use meta tags and use them correctly and to their full benefit,
no matter how many submissions you make to search engines, your
site will never be tracked. We take full advantage of all meta tags in all of our pages.

4. WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT?

- Generally checks - for all services. However, we are now accepting PayPal payments so clients can
pay by credit card. Please be advised that there will be a 5% surcharge added to all payments when choosing this option.
- Domain Registration - The fee for registering a domain name is $35 per year with a 2 year minimum
plus a one-time $25 registration fee. (Total: $95) All charges for registering domain names are paid 'in advance',
since fees charged by registrars are usually non-refundable.
- Host Fees - The $39 one-time set up fee for your standard host account ($59 for an e-commerce account) is also charged
'in advance', since this is also non-refundable. Your site will not go online, however, until your site is completely finished and
to your satisfaction. Once your site is moved to your server, then your monthly host bill begins. All host accounts are billed
quarterly in advance.
- Maintenance Plans - A maintenance plan is entirely optional and only begins once your site is completed and on line.
However, if you choose to purchase a maintenance plan, it is also billed quarterly in advance at the same time as your host account.
- Web Design - A 30% deposit and a signed contract are required to begin work on our server.
Your completed web site may remain on our server no more than a period of 15 days. This should allow ample time
for revisions and previews to be made. Should you need longer than 15 days, a 'holding' charge of $24.95 per month is
charged for the use of our web space. Upon completion and approval of your site, the balance of your account becomes due.

5. DO I NEED TO KNOW ANY TECHNICAL SKILLS?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! We'll take care of everything! We'll design to your satisfaction, then have you on line in minutes! . . .

Complete our Feedback form or give us a call. We will discuss some of your ideas.
If you have collateral material that exhibits your company logo, and/or colors, it would be useful
to send anything that you have. We try to scan in material to best keep with the image and true colors of your organization.
Upon receipt of your signed invoice and deposit, we will begin work on our server.
Your site will remain on our server until you are completely satisfied. At that time, we will upload
to your web space and the balance will be due.
